Special Break-out Session
One very interesting two-part break-out session (see description below) has been confirmed, and it will be limited to the first 21 registrants who pre-register.
The two-part session will be held during the day on Thursday, April 12, but on Wednesday from 6-6:15 p.m., attendance is required to take a "test" to prepare for the Thursday session.

How am I Creative? (Dr. Toni McNutt) Part 1
Dr. Toni McNutt has a passion for the spontaneous combustion achieved when people recognize their own creativity and the powerful influence it can have in their professional and personal lives.
She specializes in the training of applied creativity.
Register for this session to learn: How am I creative? How do I implement creativity into my work? In the first of two sessions, participants will go through the Kirton
Adaption/Innovation Inventory exercise and learn HOW they are creative as well as how to work with others to enhance creativity.
Implementing My Creativity (Dr. Toni McNutt) Part 2
How do I implement my creative style? How do I work with other styles to arrive at creative solutions to problems? Learn how to take a "fuzzy" situation and end with a fully implementable plan of action.
